Sales & Business Development · Europe

Europe is our market. You need one presence inside it.

We are a German sales organisation that opens European markets for international manufacturers — operating from the centre of the continent, under your name, without you building an organisation of your own.

01 — Continent

One continent

Europe is not a collection of export destinations. It is a single regulatory and commercial space of roughly 440 million people, in which a product approved once can be sold across borders without being reintroduced each time.

02 — Centre

One centre

Germany sits at its economic and physical middle — the largest industrial economy on the continent, and the point from which the rest of it is reachable in a morning. This is where the supply chains, the buying groups and the trade-show calendar are anchored.

03 — Range

Everything inside a morning

From here, a customer in Milan, Warsaw or Stockholm is a same-day visit rather than an intercontinental project. The distance that makes European selling expensive from outside effectively disappears.

04 — Routes

Every route open

Each market is a live line rather than a plan: existing relationships, a known trade-show calendar, and travel measured in hours. The routes are not built from scratch for every client — they are already there.

05 — Presence

One presence, all of it

That is the position we occupy on your behalf: a single relationship that covers the continent, instead of one hire, one distributor and one territory at a time.

What We Do

A sales organisation, operating as yours

We work under your name and your email address, representing your company to European customers as though we sat in your building. You gain a team rather than a headcount, and a continent rather than a country.

As the business grows, we help you build what comes next — a local office, your own staff.

  • 01Distribution & channel development

Identifying, approaching and building the partner network your product needs in each territory.

  • 02Key-account acquisition

Direct pursuit of the accounts that define a market position, through the full design-in and specification cycle.

  • 03Trade-show representation

Your stand, staffed by people who know the product and the industry, at the shows where European buyers actually decide.

  • 04On-site customer engagement

Face-to-face visits across Europe — the part of technical selling that has never transferred to a screen.

  • 05Pipeline & CRM discipline

Every conversation documented in your system, so the market knowledge stays yours.

  • 06Market intelligence

Competitive positioning, pricing reality and regulatory context, reported directly rather than through an intermediary.

  • 07Local establishment

When volume justifies it, support in setting up your own European office and hiring the team to run it.

The Team

Senior people, not a single representative

Partners4U is led by sales executives whose careers have been spent in long-cycle, technically complex sales — semiconductors, electronics and industrial technology, where a single design-in decision can define a decade of revenue.

That background is the reason we are comfortable in front of engineering teams and procurement committees alike, and the reason we understand that a specification win two years out is worth more than a purchase order this quarter.

Chris Berg
Partner

Complex technical sales across the electronics and semiconductor industries, with a focus on long-cycle account development.

Stefan Büchmann
Partner

International business development and channel building for manufacturers entering and scaling in European markets.

Andreas Wieser
Account Management · Sales & Business Development

Owns the day-to-day customer relationship across the European territory — from first contact and qualification through to the follow-up that keeps an account moving.

Julian Büchmann
Account Management · Sales & Business Development

Account management and new-business development, with a focus on opening territories and building the early pipeline for clients entering Europe.

Lara Büchmann
Sales Representative · Europe

Nine years of European field sales carried out under the client’s own name — the everyday work of visits, quotations and follow-up that turns a territory into a pipeline.

Method

Our approach to negotiation is grounded in formal training — the Sales Negotiation Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and the Harvard Negotiation Method — rather than instinct alone. In deals where a supplier relationship is meant to last a decade, how the first agreement is reached matters as much as its terms.

Principles

Honesty, reliability and sustainability are not decoration. In technical B2B markets the buyer community is small and long-memoried: a supplier who oversells once is remembered for years. We would rather tell a client that a market is not ready than sell them the engagement.

The Opportunity

The centre holds the continent

Europe is the world's largest single market by combined purchasing power, and Germany sits at its economic and physical centre. Industry accounts for roughly a quarter of German GDP, and the country is the world's third-largest exporter.

That matters for reasons beyond the numbers. Supply chains, industrial buying groups and the trade-show calendar that European industry runs on are all anchored here. A presence in Germany is not a presence in one country; it is a position from which the rest of Europe is reachable in a morning's travel.

The Problem

Deals rarely stall on the product

They stall on presence. European buyers of technically complex products expect a partner they can reach, visit and hold accountable in their own time zone.

An unfamiliar brand needs someone actively opening doors, not an inbox waiting for enquiries. Specification decisions are made in meetings you are not in. And the trade shows where European industrial buyers meet new suppliers — Hannover Messe, SPS, electronica, embedded world — reward the companies who are standing there, not the ones who send a brochure.

None of this is solved by a better website or a translated datasheet. It is solved by a person in the room.

Four Routes In

Every route has a cost.
Some of it isn't on an invoice.

The Alternative

What a European hire actually commits you to

Before a single customer has been visited, a direct hire in Germany is a fixed, long-term commitment — made at the exact moment you know least about the market.

Year one €178,000

Estimated first-year cost: base salary, recruiting fee of around 25%, employer social contributions of 19–22%, and onboarding.

Every year after €151,000

Estimated ongoing annual cost from the second year onward, before travel, trade shows or tooling.

Before anything happens 4–7 months

From decision to first customer visit: six to nine weeks to hire, statutory notice periods, then onboarding — before considering a German entity or an Employer of Record.

And at the end of it, you have one person, in one country — carrying a market you have not yet proven.

Engagement

Structured around your risk, not ours

The right structure depends on your product, your timeline and how much of the market is already proven. We agree together before anything begins.

Model 01

Pilot

A defined period with clear objectives, designed to test the market and the working relationship before either side commits further.

  • Fixed scope and end date

  • No long-term obligation
Model 03

Performance-based

Where the product and market fit make it appropriate, an arrangement weighted entirely toward outcomes.

  • Paid on results
  • Suited to proven demand
  • Agreed territory and terms
